You are invited to participate in the following research project: Study of the key factors determining the acceptability and effective integration of service robots in the hotel environment
Faced with labor shortages and new customer expectations, this project aims to understand and optimize the integration of service robots in the Quebec hotel industry. The goal is to develop recommendations for a smooth adoption, maximizing benefits for staff, customers, and technology companies. The data collection tool for this study (questionnaire) was developed as part of a research project by ExperiSens, the Technology Transfer College Center (CCTT) of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec. The study is funded by the programme d’aide à la recherche et au transfert (PART) of the ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur (Quebec) and conducted in partnership with the firm Oscar Robotiques.
The following pages contain an anonymous questionnaire, which we invite you to complete. Since your first impressions best reflect your true opinions, we ask that you please answer the questions included in this questionnaire without any hesitation. There is no time limit for completing the questionnaire, although we have estimated that it should take about 10 minutes.
